The newly diagnosed cases are 35 Omanis and 39 foreigners, the Health Ministry said without a nationality breakdown, according to Oman's news agency ONA. The overall number of recoveries has reached 325, ONA said. The ministry said Thursday night that a 57-year-old foreign resident had died of COVID-19, raising to nine the total such fatalities in the sultanate.
