One dead after dump truck crash in Ontario County

Farmington N. Y. (WHAM) - One person is dead after a crash on Hook Road in Farmington. According to the Ontario County Sheriff Department, a dump truck was traveling west on Allen Padgham road, when a car driving south on Hook Road hit the truck. Zackary Basset was pronounced dead at the scene. The two people in the dump truck were not injured. Deputies believe the car failed to stop at a stop sign , but they are still investigating.
